Refund Policy
Plans, credits and refund eligibility.
Subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing period has started. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Credits
Used credits are non-refundable. Unused one-time credit purchases may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed.
Faulty service
If a generation fails due to a clear service error, the credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
